Sunday Book Roundup

There's plenty of Fourth of July and Founding Fathers themed book reviews and even a review of our blog's founder's most recent book. Here's a quick list of book reviews for weekend reading.

• Mary Dudziak's War Time: An Idea, Its History, Its Consequences (Oxford University Press) is reviewed on H-Net. 
• In The New York Times, there is a review of By the People: Rebuilding Liberty Without Permission by Charles Murray (Crown Forum) and Wages of Rebellion by Chris Hedges (Nation). 
• Also in NYT is a review of Something Must Be Done About Prince Edward County: A Family, a Virginia Town, a Civil Rights Battle by Kristen Green (Harper).

• An Eye for an Eye: A Global History of Crime and Punishment by Mitchel P. Roth (Reaktion) is reviewed by History Today.
• The July issue of The Federal Lawyer is posted online. This month's reviews include one of A History of The Twentieth Century in 100 Maps by Tim Bryars and Tom Harper (University of Chicago Press). All reviews can be found here.
